Leaner — Weight & Workout Tracker

Leaner is a weight-tracking and supplement-reminder app built by Coconutica. This page explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how you can control it.

What we collect

Account info: your email address and name when you sign in with Apple.
Fitness data: the weight entries, workout logs, and supplement check-ins you create in the app.
Preferences: your unit choice, goal weight, and reminder times.
Chat messages: if you use Aria AI, the messages you send and the replies.

We do not collect advertising IDs, location, contacts, or device analytics.

How we use it

To show your data back to you across devices (sync).
To generate personalized AI coach replies (we send the last 14 days of weights + your streak to OpenAI to ground the response).
To send the daily reminders you opt into.

Where it lives

Your local data lives on-device in Apple's SwiftData. Sync'd data lives in Cloudflare D1 (SQLite) and Cloudflare KV, both hosted in the US region. Chat goes through OpenAI to generate replies — OpenAI's policy applies to that processing.

Your controls

Delete any weight or workout entry from within the app.
Export your history as CSV (Settings → Export).
Delete your account and all server-side data: email hello@leaner.fit. We respond within 7 days.

Third parties

Apple: Sign in with Apple, StoreKit for subscriptions, HealthKit if you opt in.
Cloudflare: hosts the API and database.
OpenAI: generates AI coach replies.

We never sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers.
